Refunds & Cancellations
LinkyBooks sells access to services (e.g., repost credits and/or a subscription), not downloadable files. After purchase, features in your account are activated instantly (e.g., ability to repost, increased quotas/limits).
Deliverables (what you receive)
- Immediate activation of your purchased package: repost credits/quota added to your account.
- If subscription-based: features remain active for the entire billing cycle.
- No guarantees of views, reach, earnings, or ranking.
Refund rules
- We refund duplicate charges or access failures reported within 14 days of purchase.
- If your package did not activate in your account, we will re-activate or refund.
- If access has already been used (e.g., credits spent / reposts made), we generally can’t refund, unless required by law.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. We typically do not provide prorated refunds for a cycle already in progress.
How to request help or a refund
Email ll.develepor@gmail.com within 14 days. Include your order email, order ID, and a short description. We usually respond within 72 hours.
