LinkyBooks is a software-as-a-service (SaaS). You purchase access to software features (e.g., repost credits and/or a subscription) that are activated in your account after checkout. 2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkyBooks.
• Information you provide must be truthful and current.
• You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts

Accounts are required to post, like, and save books. You agree to:

• Protect your login information,
• Use your account responsibly,
• Be accountable for activity linked to your account.

By posting links, images (e.g., book covers), descriptions or other materials, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to share such content on LinkyBooks. You agree to promptly remove or update any content upon our request if a rights issue is reported. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

4. User-Generated Content & License

You are responsible for the content you upload or link. By posting on LinkyBooks, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host, store, cache, display, and distribute your content within the platform solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your content.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party images (e.g., book covers), descriptions, and metadata you share on LinkyBooks, including the right to link or embed such content. You agree to remove or update any content promptly upon our request if a rights issue is reported.

5. Content Rules & Moderation

• No adult/NSFW or sexually explicit content, escorting, pornographic material, or content involving minors in any sexualized context.
• No illegal content or activity; no intellectual-property–infringing materials.
• No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material.
• No spam, misleading links, malware, or scamming behavior.

We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. See DMCA / Copyright for takedown details.

6. Premium Features

Premium may include software features such as:

• Reduced repost cooldown and additional library/shelf limits,
• Private shelves, advanced filters & analytics, early access to features,
• Account perks (badge) and priority support.

Premium does not include the sale of advertising or paid placements and does not guarantee any visibility, ranking, or sales outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

LinkyBooks content (excluding user content) is protected by copyright and other laws. Do not copy or redistribute any part of our Service without permission.

8. External Content & Third-Party Rights

• LinkyBooks allows sharing of third-party links and iframes where permitted.
• Users must respect third-party site terms, licenses, and applicable laws.
• Do not upload or sell third-party content you do not own or have rights to; LinkyBooks is not a marketplace and does not broker sales of third-party works.

9. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions and credits are billed by our payment processor. Taxes may apply. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. See Refunds & Cancellations.

10. Account Termination

We may remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer

LinkyBooks is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, performance, or security.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account,
• User content shared on the platform or on third-party sites via links/embeds.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (New York). Disputes will be handled in New York courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Prohibited Uses (Summary)

• Adult/NSFW or sexually explicit content; content exploiting or sexualizing minors;
• Illegal activity or content; IP infringement; resale of others’ works without rights;
• Selling advertising inventory, paid placements, or guaranteed visibility/rankings;
• Spam, scams, malware, scraping that violates third-party terms.
